The recent death of Florida A&M drum major Robert Champion has led US Representative Frederica Wilson to propose a federal anti-hazing bill when Congress returns from holiday. The Democrat announced her plans Tuesday.
Rep. Wilson says her proposal is designed to ensure no one endures a beating like Champion experienced last month.
