Senior Business Analyst - Northampton, Northamptonshire - a Senior Business Analyst is required to join an industry leading client. My client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid change management experience to join them in working on some exciting and cutting edge projects / programmes. The suitable candidate will be responsible for identifying, quantifying and controlling all business design and analysis related activity on change projects in order to support the high performance delivery of change projects. The suitable candidate, alongside the obvious demonstrable Business Analysis track record will have solid Business Change Management experience alongside some Financial Services Industry Experience (Credit-card, Payments, Digital Payments, mobile payments or Retail Banking being particularly desirable) or Telecoms Industry. A good understanding of various Business Analysis tools / Processes etc with some UML experience being advantageous. You will have solid Stakeholder management experience alongside strong Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. Any experience of mentoring / leading more junior Analysts would also be a distinct advantage. You will be able to draw on your knowledge of business and enterprise architecture as well as retail banking and card management. With all this experience you will be ready to embark on soome of the most exciting and biggest change proects around - and one of the biggest change management roles.
